General:

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept ApplePay, Paypal as well as most major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. 

What countries do you currently ship to? 

We ship orders to any US address. We cannot ship internationally just yet. Follow us on Instagram for updates later this year. 

How can I check my order status? 

You will receive a confirmation email after you place an order. When the order ships, we will send you another shipment notification email including tracking details. It usually takes us up to three business days to process your order. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation three business days after you placed your order, please go the contact section of our website. 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

If you wish to cancel your Add.Apt purchase, please email us through our contact section on the website and we will do our best to process your request although we cannot guarantee we can cancel all requests in time. We offer full refunds within 30 days of receipt if you still wish to return your product after receiving. Any product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

The product I want is out of stock, what can I do? 

We are sorry the product you are looking for is out of stock. We are working on getting it ready for you as soon as we can. You can choose the pre-order option on the website and we will keep you updated on the progress until we are able to ship the product to you. You can also follow us on Instagram to be the first to be notified when items are back in stock. 

Where can I purchase Add-Apt? 

Currently, Add-Apt is available exclusively at addapt.design. 

Is your packaging recyclable? 

The entire packaging is fully recyclable.
