The Idea.
We saw the potential in combining a revolutionary fabrication method with a challenging yet elegant design, The recent advances made in additive manufacturing (3D printing) would allow us to produce a pen that checked all of our goals related to FORM and FUNCTION. The FABRICATION process only uses the exact material required for each pen, the process eliminates the need for traditional, highly wasteful plastic injection molds.

Experience.
It is easy to focus on just one element, in this case manufacturing. We understood that not only could we create an object that looked as good as it performed but also opened up the potential of a more complex design that could only be achieved using 3D printing. Our design allows for an over all better and more comfortable grip through its unique body shape, rib design and surface texture.

All in the detail.
We have applied a 360 approach to the design and manufacture of the pen. We wanted to keep things as simple as possible, we don’t use any mechanical parts that can break. The ink is insert into the tip of the pen and is held in place by friction. The lid is used a tool to remove the ink when a replacement is required.

The finishing touches.
If that wasn’t enough we bring an element of luxury to each pen through the application of precious metal coatings. These are applied to the lids as a post process. We currently offer two options, a rich 18k Gold or a crisp Rhodium silver.
